Sea Hawk weekend fluke reports 7/17-18
« on: July 19, 2010, 01:07:55 PM »
Friday's Magic hour trip started out with some good action and then turned into a slow pick.  high hook had 3 and pool fish of 4lb.

Our Saturday morning charter had some nice action overall and a decent pick of keepers to 4lb. High hook had 5.

Saturday's Magic Hour trip's action slowed a bit with the shorts, but still a good pull of keepers. Had Cigar Jim out and he pulled 8 keeper sized fluke over the rail, keeping his legal limit of 6. His daughter teamed up to put 11 keepers in their cooler. Pool fish went 5lb.

Sunday was much tougher and overall a slow pick of fluke. High hook did manage 4 with some getting 2-3 keepers. Bucktails worked much better today than bait. Pool fish of 5.5lb.
