I read the articles all week, but the online content is a nice bonus.
The topic is very alarming, but the worst part is that politics and and red tape will prevent corrective action.  nosmly

This is an absolute shame, although not a surprise to me.  I have noticed the decline and we, here,  have all talked about almost everything mentioned in the articles.  Something needs to be done and quickly.  The affects will be widespread and damaging to everyone not just the people who use and rely on the Bay, but everyone in the region.
