Sea Hawk bottom fishing report 8/25
« on: August 25, 2010, 06:36:00 PM »
Got out on our porgy/seabass open-boat trip with just over a dozen fares.
Had decent action today.

Average catch was 15-20 keepers and a few sea bass. Porgies ranged from keeper size up to 2.5lb.

Pool fish was a 4lb 4oz seabass. Also had a few blowfish today.

If conditions were better, we'd have had a real good trip. Looking forward to some good hauls coming soon.

We are chartered tomorrow (Thursday 8/26) and on Sunday(8/29)

Sailing open-boat fluke on Friday at 7:30AM & 5PM, Saturday at 7:30AM & 3:30PM, and Sunday at 3:30PM

Out right now with a few and catching fluke in the bay.
