You can get the same results with a pool noodle or pipe insulation. Except for the inside storage.  t^

 I tried the noodles it sure helps. I ordered 2 so I will let you know how they work. I like being able to store small items inside.

 Received them. The whole thing is rubber. No plastic. The inside will be nice for swivels, loose hooks etc. Some pill bottles will fit.

Inside diameter is 1.75 inches.
