Headed out for another day of mixed bag fishing...Early Jigging to start and Bottomfishing to finish up rest the day. Blackfish Doug, Topeka Boy Bill, Eric The Mortgage Man, Tony Loveshislabs, Andy and Wilson Rounded out todays all star crew!!!
Headed out just before light Got to the jigging grounds and was greeted with some Birds working and lots of good readings... Picked afew bass and blues right away and then ya had to go looking again... Couple of stripers a drift and some blues...Bunch of short bass n Smaller fish today but it was good action.
Got one really good crack at em one drift with mutiples on...Picked the rest of the time... The guys jigged hard and Boxed up a limit by 10am and we were off to the inshore Porgy grounds.
First drop was loaded with big Seabass that had to go back...
Second spot was drop n reel on Nice Porgies... awesome fishing!!! Lots of double headers!!! Coolers got filled up with silver pretty quick!!!
Blackfish didnt bite but we had enough fish guess ya cant have everything
Beat all rain and wind in and got in a great day of fishing with an awesome crew.
By days end the guys boxed up 12 Stripers(a 6man Limit)... A bunch of blues and the mother load of porgies... also released a ton of nice seabass and some short stripers. Big Fillet sacks for all!!!
