I fished the Little Egg reef Saturday and Sunday on my boat. We mainly caught Seabass on Saturday and Porgies on Sunday. Standard Hi-Lo rig with clams was the ticket. I also caught a few small croakers closer in towards the inlet. On Sunday we had a whale jump out of the water about 100 yards from us and then dive down with his/her fluke in the air. Pretty cool site. Monday I fisher on the Gambler cod trip. I did catch I short cod, one big Seabass around 5 lbs and some ling. I definitely didn’t have the hot hand on Monday. Nice relaxing weekend. Couldn't ask for nicer weather.
