NE /rain Surf 11/4

 Got a late start this morning after a trip to get some blood work at the Dr.'s office. Rainy and strong NE winds.Northern Ocean Cty today . Moved around then found a good spot with the dropping tide and the big waves breaking on the outer bar.  After noon the winds swithed to the north and 3oz metal/teaser was all I needed to reach the fish. Black hair teaser accounted for 4 of my 6 bass. Been in a slump lately so felt good to bend the rod on a few fish. Best bass was 31" & 9.5#.  ;D

where they in front or behind the bar? guessing behind in the trough?

oh yeah, check out the black/black teaser fish stix from tomorrows tackle...great action to it.

Most hits came on the first few cranks after a long cast. Black was it. Fished green teaser for quite awhile with no hits.Sandeels in the bass. One fish had a F&W tag, called in for a free hat  ;D
