So! I've always had my boat registered in Pa. On a trailer, This year I'm leaving it in a slip NJ. Do I register it in NJ? Its due now anyway.

You can register the boat in NJ with a PA address.
NJ law allows for a PA registered boat to sit in state water for less then 180 days, longer then that NJ wants it's share of the money.
