sandy hook beach fishing..

hey all..thinkin of hitting sandy hook beaches tomorrow morning,just to get out and get some sun and fresh air..gonna try a lil surf fishing.do ya think the fluke will be hitting this early in the season from the beach?

went down to the hook yesterday..waves were crashing on the ocean side,didnt even try to fish there.went bayside up by the coastguard station,just south of it actually,caught 2 small blues and a small sea robin,so at least i wasnt skunked..cant wait to get back down there

It was the same down my way as well.  Ocean County was rockin and a rolling off the beach.  Good job on the catching though.   TT^
