We had the Ray Walter charter on board the Bounty Hunter and it was a tough day of Bass fishing. We could not find any Bunker between our Inlet and the Sandy Hook area so we started the day pulling Spoons and later switching to Jigs & Shads. Neither method produced a fish. One of Paul's friends donated a dozen live Bunker before he went home and Capt. Derek (Fisher Price III)delivered another 2 dozen when he came out for his afternoon trip. That put us back in the ballgame. With the live baits we had 18 bites but most were bump and run type pickups. It was frustrating fishing. The 3 Bass that inhaled the baits were landed but there should have been many more. We finished the day with 3 Bass on ice.  >:( >:(
