6/16 evening Fluke
« on: June 16, 2011, 11:57:39 PM »
Went out this evening at 6pm for some evening fluke action.  Made it to the spot in about 35 feet of water.  Dropped high lows with squid spearing low and gulps on the high.  Within minutes I boxed my first keeper at 20" on the gulp.  10 minutes later had my 2nd 20"er on the bait this time.  One short on the gulp and then a nice fat 22" on the bait.  Made my way back in after a little over an hour.  Nice evening on the water.
The cure for everything is salt water: sweat, tears, and the sea.

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

Not so much that I'm good, just that I've stumbled upon a real good spot.
