Hey guys Had Ryan W charter today although he couldn't make it due work. Fred, Chris, Topeka Bill, Greg Vongas, Jim River Rat and Darren rounded out the crew!
Back to the fluke grounds and it was another awesome day.
Got setup and had a bunch of shorts n a few keepers on the first few drifts.
Made a short move and we were on the mother load... few bounces n ya had something holding on. Lots of shorts but plenty of keepers mixed in every drift!!!! Lock n load at tomes with only a few lulls. Slugged away at them every drift until the cooler was full. Even managed to swing a few to the second tier
Can't ask for it to be much better!!! Loads of action and the keepers kept coming. Best of both worlds!!!
Jim River Rat had an epic day he was high hook with a double limit 16 Keepers(only taking limit) Darren was back for 2nd double digit limit in a row. Topeka Bill wasn't so sure about a fluke trip but we made him a beliver!!! He got his limit including a couple 3-4lbers making Blackfish Doug proud!!! Pleasure finally having Fred and Chris aboard and having Greg Vongas back with us. Everyone caught a load of fish!
By days end the guys caught 250+ Fluke with 55 being Keeper size to 6LB and everyone took home a limit!
Incredible fishing with am awesome crew!!!! It was on another fun day on day the water!!!!
