Hunter 2, Lake George N.Y 7-16-2011
« on: July 19, 2011, 02:55:57 PM »
I trailered the boat up here on Sat July 16th for a week of fishing and tubing. The new tube we bought the "Viper 2"  has been great and comfy for the 2 passengers.  As for fishing, we have been getting smallmouth and Largemouth Bass up to 3 lbs on 1/8 ounce jigheads with plastic worms and various other plastics attached also some diver crankbaits are producing some nice fish. Most fish are caught in 3 to 30' of water. The baitshop owner mentioned some Northern Pike hitting the lures too, So that would be a nice bonus!  We are coming back Saturday for another week of Saltwater fishing then I think I have to go back to work. :'( :'(

  Be safe!!,, Eddie

Sounds like a great trip.  I will be heading up to Lake George this Saturday for a week of camping and fishing on a buddy's boat.  I will post the results of my trip when I return.

Enjoy the rest of your week Eddie. I'm sure it will fly by as quickly as the beginning of the week went. Give me a shout when you get back and we'll get out in the salt.  t^
