Hunter 2 mixed bag 9/24/2011
« on: September 25, 2011, 05:29:00 AM »
My first trip out on my boat since the hurricane due to my work schedule. I had Cashin and Massbaster Steve on-board. We clammed the Romer shoal area to produce 3 short Stripers and tried the Shrews Rocks and found Seabass, Blackfish and Bergalls. All fish were released. Cashin had to jump into the drink to retrieve a rod that went overboard. He did get it before it went too deep. t^  We heard reports of Bunker pods with big Bluefish chasing them from SAndy Hook Bay.. Back to work today. :-\   Good Luck,, Eddie

Good try boys! Seems like Chris always gets the rod back.
Fishing Sandy Hook and anywhere I can get on a boat.

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

Always sucks jumping in, always sucks more when your cellphones in your pocket. Good job on the retreival
Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.
