Reel McCoy II report 10/23

Picked up a half bushel of clams yesterday and headed out this morning at first light.  Anchored up on the Sandy Hook clam beds and started cracking clams which woke up the skates (giants) and doggies.  I was able to pick up five bass out of the mess of trash fish.  Two keepers (28.5" and 30") and three shorts (24,26 and 27").  Nice fall day to be fishing.
