Boat Fixed
« on: August 14, 2007, 07:56:06 PM »
After my bit of bad luck 11 days ago I got a call from Port Monmouth Marine......PJ called to say my boat was fixed.
Boat US came through with a check for the damage: 100% parts and labor, as for the lower unit they covered 50% due to deprecation...I called on the 6 th and had my check on the 11th.
A call to PJ and thanks to his outstanding service my boat is fixed.........Will head out on Fri. weather permitting.
This is also the start of my week vacation so I will post a report when I have access to a computer again.
Once again I would like all to know that Port Monmouth Marine and PJ get a BIG t^ from me.

Good for you Young Gull.  Now get back out there and get em.
Boat US took good care of me a couple of years ago when I demolished my lower unit hitting a board floating just under the water.  Next year they will not give you the discount of 10% because of your claim, but that is less than a hundred dollars, so it's not a hard hit.
