Nothing more than a typical politician's answer. Perhaps he should have used a teleprompter like the bozo president we have now does.  5hrug  ;D

Teleprompters and cue cards are for prepared speeches, not interviews.  Unfortunately, for this guy, he just didn't have a clue. ;D
