Nice boat. Are they similar to the ones they use in the Bahamas? Where South are you going?
The panga hull style is very common in many parts of the world. It started out as a very stable and seaworthy design with an easy planning hull for fishermen in the 3rd world using low horse power. The benefits are many and include very shallow draft, great gas mileage ,bone dry ride and no hull slamming in a chop.
The Angler has a ton more bells and whistles but about the same hull design. Its nice to have a 26ft boat with tons of room and a dry ride that gets between 3 to 4 mpg burning around 8 gallons an hour and running 28 mph.
Looking to head to parts south
Got out heart set on south of Murrels Inlet SC.
