Togging out of the Manasquan today.

Fished on NS open boat out of Pt Pleasant today for Tog.  Fished close to home on one of the local reefs.  Bite started off good and I boated two 3 ~ 5 lb’ers.  Then it was scratchy the rest of the day with spurts here and there.  I ended up with my limit and another ½ dozen throwback.  Still working on my elusive 10+ but it didn’t happen today.  Like last Sunday whiteleggesr at fist then switched to greens.  Never fished with this guy before but really nice Capt, mate and boat.

Getting a limit on a party boat is no easy feat especially on a scratchy bite day...Great job ( again ) Phil t^

Good job Phil. I may have to try one of the Squan boats. Seems like a lot of the spots up north are being hit pretty hard lately and there may be a better bite south of Belmar.
