Hi guys I'm having a few issues with the pc so I will not have the pics up until tomorrow but here's the recap from Saturday 3/17 and Sunday 3/18.
Saturday: started the day off in the fog but we had a nice fish between 7-8 lbs right away on the first drop. Fish came in spurts with some lulls here and there but we were able to pick away and put a catch together on each drop. Things slowed down a little bit around noon but then the wind changed and it must have changed the water temp a little and the fish started to chew again. High hook on Saturday had 11 keepers (only keeping his legal Delaware limit and releasing the rest) a few more guys had 7-8 fish again only keeping a legal limit. Some guys had 3-4 fish and it went down from there. Lots of shorts that all went back too. 6 guys on the boat had a limit catch and the pool winner was 9 lbs. Fish really seemed to prefer the white leggers but they did bite on greenies too.
Sunday- pretty much the same story as Saturday. Again 6 guys had a limit catches some had 2-3 fish and down from there. Around 11:30am the current changed on us and the fishing slowed a little bit. We moved to another piece of bottom and we got em to start chewing again around 2pm. Finished the day on this structure and docked at 4:15 with a dead heat between two fish for the pool at 7lbs. A bunch of shorts went back to swim for another day.
Weather is looking great again for the rest of the week with temps in the 60's and even up to the 70's by the end of the week. Give a buzz we are still accepting weekday charters and we will be sailing this coming weekend Friday-Sunday 3/23, 3/24, and 3/25 open boat. Hoping to have the pics up tomorrow when I can get to another pc.
