Reading Chlorophyl Charts
« on: March 20, 2012, 08:02:17 PM »
Well, I liked Buoyweather.com some much I signed-up. They really do have some great tools. I believe I have a basic (very basic) understanding of the importance/use of chlorophyl charts but, would love some extra assistance.

1) What do these charts really mean in the way of fishing? Water clarity?
2) What do the colors really mean? Which are "better"?
3) How do you use them in your fishing?

Any other info would be appreciated!

Yeah, I didnt know if they were as important for inshore fishing. I watched the tutorial and it seemed it was just another depiction of how clear the water was....?
