Took a day away from the office. The weather wasn't so nice but the catching was good. Headed out on a non-sponsor charter out of the Highlands. The captain is an old college buddy. Heres the report in his words...
"April 18: Headed out today with Jeff, Tom, Steve, Matt, and Steve. Morning started off slow with just a few bites and only three fish landed. Took a ride to look over some new area and found them stacked up. Had over a mile drift with the guys boxing their limit to 23 lbs all on live bunker. Today was also the first day we had a few bluefish bites and landed one of them."
All caught in the bay.
