4/21 Sandy Hook Non Striper Report

Today was just one of those days for us today....headed back to where we had them yesterday....alot of anticipation they would chew with this front coming in.....fished clams & fresh bunkies for last 2 hours of the incoming in the pea soup....tried 4 drops and had good marks on all of them but it was not happening for us at all....at change of tide someone turned the fan on from the south. Got a call from my boy Jeff Pilot Z that he had a couple fish....ran there and trolled the rest of the day out, switching up colors and lures to make Something....Anything happen for our crew but it just was not meant to be our day.....pick ourselves up,dust ourselves off amd get back at it after this blow comes on through!

Nice talking to you on the phone. Too bad we BOTH had a stinker day. Fog lifts on the ocean side and boats whack fish around the gannets which has been the M.O. for 4 weeks now. You want plenty of fish?...go ocean side and follow the birds likes its been for years.

Anyway, good to talk to you and like I said cell phone me.
