reel time's gone blue
« on: April 29, 2012, 09:43:41 PM »
went with the blue bottom paint this year. also raised the water line up on the paint. original was done with boat empty, making it a wee bit low.  now it should eliminate the scum line.

have it rolled back on the trailer right now, how long should i let the paint cure before i can roll it back in place on the trailer?

We give it 24 hours to get nice and dry before putting them back on the trailer.

not now,, put a 2nd coat on, just because.  got about 1/4 of the gallon left to hit up where the rollers are now when it gets rolled back up.

in the down time, maybe i'll pick up and drill out some butter knifes

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

My Biggest worry is that when I'm dead and gone, my wife will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it.
