IBSP 5/5/12 - 5/7/12
« on: May 07, 2012, 04:41:50 PM »
Hit the sand Sat evening got a blow fish and a skate thats it.. Sunday night ended up with 2 skates a short bass.. A friend also had a short bass and that was it for sunday night then today one of the guys with us got a blow fish and another guy with a short bass.. Also seen a guy next to us land a short bass on what looked to be like a redfin..
My Biggest worry is that when I'm dead and gone, my wife will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it.

Good effort.  Seems like things slowed down again.
Now get to work on the house

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

Good report Jeff.
It was a slow 2 days and I never even got a nap either days. The short around 22", I did catch hit a clam.
It seemed something was cleaning off our clam baits within 15 minutes after it hit bottom. We guessed blowfish, cause not sure if the crabs are around yet this spring. And nothing was touching our Bunker chunks.
It was taking 6 to 7oz to hold bottom. I must be getting old cause it's getting tough chucking that much weight all day.
Metal and plugs were thrown at times all day long.
We'll be into them soon Jeff  t^
It was a good 2 days spent with some good company.
