NC Tuna Report - Oregon Inlet (12 May)
« on: May 16, 2012, 10:03:16 PM »
A little late on the posting, but just giving a heads up what heading to the north!  Fished on a friends boats Sat out of Oregon Inlet.  We hit the Gulf Stream in 100 fathoms and stayed hooked up all day with YFT!  Ended the day with a 3 man limit of YFT with over 30 plus tuna hooked up. At one point we had 6 out 9 rods go down and several times we had triple knockdowns!   Great day on the water and if heading to NC now is the time load up on YFT!

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.
