throttle problems (sometimes?!?)

I didn't know if anybody else has had a similar problem. I have a 2000 sportcraft 3010 with morse ke-4 electric throttle controls on the tower and the cockpit. Every once in a while I go to start the port motor and when I turn the key she pulls back to full throttle only on the port motor. I figured it was a short or ground and thought I fixed it like three times already  but a month later it will do it again. At this point I'm just trying one wiring harness at a time....any other ideas??
