put a drooper loop in your main line above the 3way, then lust thread the teaser on

 cant tell you if its the right way or not, but thats how i do it, but with a sinker slide instead of the 3way.

Ifuse a cross line three way for heavier teasers so you can use heavier line and reduce tangles. I put the main jig on the bottom and tie the cross line 12 14 Inches above.
