Great job Captain Chad.

This is why it is great when you are the customer and don't have to clean all those fish.

He posted some new open boat trips on his website yesterday. The "stick" and I are in on the mud hole trip for Friday, 6/29. WOOHOO

I am ready to fill my freezer with some ling and cod filets. I cooked all the ling I caught on that NS out of Brielle last month before I froze them, and they came out of the freezer delicious with no signs of being mushy or soft like when ling is frozen raw.
