In Keyport at 6:30,ready to go,Held off from going,BLACK SKY,LIGHTning striking rgmn THUNDER BOOMING and RAIN.Cleared up around 8"00,headed out the creek in search of PEANUTS.Capt Don jr threw the net,one shot all the nuts we needed.Hit the Keyport flats,Out going tide with a west blowing.held bottom with a 4oz sinker.A few shorts,and two keepers,drift to fast.Moved to BOUY 1,at slack tide,wind drift,held bottom with 2oz.Fish started to bite,6 keepers and many shorts.the shorts were very small.Called it a day with 8 keepers t^ All in all a great day in the back bay.
