Pushed off this morning at 6:45 and headed straight to the Scotland grounds. First drift yieled a 21" keeper, back again 2 shorts and a keeper sea bass next drift just a few sea robins. Moved east and picked away at short fluke and sea bass. Then I made a run down to the rattlesnake for more shorts and and a couple of keeper CBs. On more shot at Scotland, shorts and one keeper CB. Day's totals 13 fluke (one keeper) over 25 CBs keeping 6. Did have a large sea turtle swim up and take a look at my sea anchor but took off when I went to get my phone to take his picture. Also saw a pod of dolphin by the bug lite. Nice day out there, not as hot as on land. Probably doing the same tomorrow.
