Just a suggestion and a reminder,

When I see those great Dock side photos I

Now just think its Very hot out. T fcphe dock boards are even hotter just try to go Bare foot

You set out the Fish on the red hot boards gather to take the photos

while the fish is Precooking, it does not take much to start the spoiling.

A mat or towel set down first will help. But Keeping them On ICE is even better. just hold up a couple will do. just a thought good eating,
