UnReel 27th & 28th FLUKE REPORT
« on: August 29, 2007, 07:59:57 AM »
27th

We headed back out to some deep water, and the bite started off a little slow.  We finally found some hungry ones and managed to put 16 keeper flatties in the boat.  We had some real nice fish today, a 7 pounder, a 6 pounder, and two 5 pounders.  The hot bait was meat and spearing.

28th

We went back to the deep again today.  Again the bite stated off slow, but it picked up as the day went on.  We boated 20 keeper fluke today up to 23 inches.  They liked the meat strips today.

Here are our updated fluke openings:

30th - 4 spots

3rd - 5 spots
4th - 2 spots
5th - 6 spots
6th - 6 spots
7th - 6 spots
8th - 6 spots
9th - 6 spots
10th - 6 spots
