Go to a local tackle store. Ask the people working there as well as the customers
Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.

:headscra: :headscra: Dont know much about the area down there.... how ever one thing to always look for are the other boats. If you cant hit a local shop before you go out to get the skinny, dont worry. They are NOT always the best people to get advice from. Speaking only from experiences myself, which sometimes is a lil different since I am a girl....BUT dont let that fool you!!  rofla Also look for head boats... they cant steer you wrong but stay out of their drift and dont fish ontop of them! Good luck!!! Tight lines!!!

There is an open area at the north end of the island that I passed once. If I recall it has some bay an some near inlet access. I think it's a fisherman memorial.

Fred, fishing the "Kristy Marie" from Manasquan River Club. Channels 16/67/68.
