  • There's more to it than catching
7/29 tuna

Lack of is more like it. Broke the inlet at around 5:30 am headed east with some stiff 3-4's on the chin all the way out. Hit the target zone and no signs of life anywhere. Set the dragging gear out and headed south and trolled and trolled till around noon without a knock down. Dodged a storm and went to the chunk and jig on an area we had some marks earlier. Without any bites there either. The big Skunk. Headed back to the barn around three.
A good day of fishing is better than a bad day of fishing. A bad day of fishing is better than a good day of work. That means work sucks!

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.
