1st day of vacation so I decided to sleep in a little, left the dock around 0800 hrs with a smooth ride to the Verrazano Bridge. Set up in about 50ft of water and the jig begins, had a nice drift of 1.3 mph from the bridge down to the West Bank light house and that was all I needed to limit out. played catch and release until 1400 hrs.
..Had a nice show of Police and Fire Boats along with the Coast Guard most of the day apparently someone was going to jump off the bridge, never seen them jump and they were still motoring around when I left plenty of helicopter action too...Thanks for reading.....
