Tough conditions today. East swell with a steady 15 knt East, South East, South wind made for sloppy conditions.
Drift with the sock was about 1.5 knts. Fished the Axle and on the first drift a 22 and 19 incher. I thought we were In like Flint. Next drift – Nada, Tried again – Nada. Moved a little south – Nada. Moved a little more south – a short and then Nada. Hit a my Seabass spot and we picked up 3 keepers. Then hit a lump//hump on the way in and pick a couple of little blue and couple of shorts. Boat started and ran fine so that was a big plus. Hit the railroad bridge down both on the way out and on the way in.
