Can anyone explain to me how I can add a profile pic and also how to add pics to my posts?    Thx

Click the additional options to add photos to your post, or link to them from a Photobucket account.

For a profile photo, click "PROFILE" on the top bar, and then "FORUM PROFILE INFORMATION".  You will see the browse button to select a photo to use as an avatar.
