Saturday and Sunday will be transitioning days with low chances of rain.  However, the forecast is dependent on the specific timing of a low pressure frontal boundary moving through the area.  Skies will be mostly sunny with clouds clearing as the weekend progresses.  High temperatures will be in the upper 60's and lows in the 40's.  Water conditions for inshore are rated good and there are no Small Craft Advisories forecast.  Midshore to Offshore and Offshore are cautious with Small Craft Advisories for both Saturday and Sunday with winds to 25 knots or more and waves 6+ feet.  Surf will begin on the rougher side with 2-3 foot waves and will begin to subside to 1-2 through the weekend.

Tropics are quiet, with no activity to report right now.  Rafael is gone after peaking as a weak hurricane.  Any remaining effects will be gone by this weekend.

Slow moving low pressure and an associated cold front will move through the area by Saturday Morning allowing high pressure to build into the area later on Saturday and into Sunday.
