Working ramps Shark River or Manasquan?

Posted this elsewhere here but I thought this might get more views in this forum.  Does anyone know of working ramps on Shark River or Manasquan? I usually use Bry's but the docks were gone when I checked. Belmar municipal has been repaired but is blocked off.

Belmar Marina is working. They will let you take your boat out but I don't know if they will let you put one in.  Also there is no trailer parking.

I pulled my boat out today from Belmar Municipal Ramp.  They will let you pull your boat out but not let you out one in and it is free since the token machine is gone. First time using this ramp and it is nice way Better than Brees
