IBSP before the storm 10/27/12

So decided to hit the beach before the storm.. Met up with Jay Decarlo and a few other people.. Wind was pretty crappy when we got there... Tried throwing plugs with not much success then we posted up for a little... I managed one bass at 38" 15 1/2 lbs nice clead fish but skinny guy... The pocket wasn't much of a pocket conditions were getting worse as we left..

wondering how the island looks. haven't seen any pics of that side yet, only seaside.

Only a few rumors so far.  Heard all structures were wiped out. 
Saw pictures of the north jetty and it doesnt look good.
Hoping to hear more by the weekend.  Regardless I'm sure it will be closed for a long time.  The 37 bridge is damaged and the entire seaside area is destroyed.
