This weekend will be mostly wet, with some drying out on Saturday Night and Sunday Day.  Saturday will be rain with the possibility of a wintry mix and even snow during the early morning hour.  Precipitation will move out by later Saturday Afternoon/Evening.  Rain and snow chances will return Sunday Night into Monday.  High temperatures will be in the mid 40's with lows dropping down into the low 30's and upper 20's even.  Water conditions are listed good for all locations all weekend except Sunday Morning for midshore to offshore.  However, there is a higher possibility of Small Craft Advisories continuing through early Saturday.  Surf conditions will be normal with 0-2 and 1-2 foot waves.  Eroded beaches could still be a concern and hazard.

A cold front will pass through our region late Friday into early Saturday before moving slowly southward over the weekend.  High pressure will then build in behind the cold front for the remainder of the weekend.

Also, I just want to mention this, as some weather outlets are already discussing this.  A strong low pressure system will move from the Upper Midwest through the Mid Atlantic and out to sea the beginning to middle part of next week.  This will likely be just a rain event for our area, however some models are bringing some snow and a moderate coastal storm to the area.  This is WAY too early to be sure of anything and as always, I will update as things become more concrete.
