Precipitation will continue through the overnight with continued chances through Tuesday Afternoon. By Tuesday Night all precipitation chances will be gone and the rest of the week will be dry. Temperatures will still remain unseasonably cold by several degrees. Mid to upper 40's will be it on the highs this week with overnight lows into the low 30's. Water conditions will vary by location for the week. Many areas will have good conditions tomorrow, while some may see cautious and Small Craft Advisories through Thursday. Winds will subside by tonight, however lingering seas to 5 feet could continue through Wednesday. Surf conditions will be elevated through Tuesday with 4-5 foot waves and rough surf conditions eventually diminishing to 1-2 feet and then 0-2 feet for the rest of the week.
As the coastal low continues to move out to sea, high pressure in central Canada will slowly move into the area for the rest of the week. High pressure will finally arrive by Saturday and remain for the holiday weekend.
