Already moving into the last weekend and days of March.  That was a quick month.  This Easter Weekend will start off dry and by Sunday have high chances of rain that will continue through Tuesday Night or Wednesday.  I thought this entire weekend would end up being nice and dry, however the high pressure has sped up and moves out too soon.  Temperatures will be slightly cooler than seasonal, however we seem to be in a warming trend.  However temperatures will likely remain below normal averages for at least another week.  High temperatures will make it into the mid 50's with overnight lows only into the mid to upper 30's and then mid 40's.  Water conditions will be good through Sunday Afternoon when winds will move in bringing gusts to 30 knots and Small Craft Advisories issued.  Water temperatures are already jumping up by a few degrees making it to the mid 40's for most coastal waters.  Surf conditions will be normal at 0-2 feet with light winds through Sunday Afternoon when winds will increase to 30 knot gusts out of the SSE increasing sea heights slightly.

High Pressure in the Ohio Valley will move into the region completely by Saturday.  The high will then move off the coast on Sunday allowing a warm front to move in from the southwest. This will begin a pattern of unsettled weather through midweek.
