Hunting the Florida wild boar hog

This tropical wonderland we call Florida is recognized not only as the Fishing Capitol of the world but also as a prime hunting state. The Sunshine state is truly a sportsman's paradise:

In addition to a very healthy deer herd, we have the hard to hunt Osceola & Eastern long beards, ducks, quail, and, the dangerous wild hog. The Florida wild hog the beast with a nose, huge teeth, and an attitude...all bad! In pursuit of the wild boar hog team work is by far the best approach. Often, entire families enjoy the 'Woods'nWater' of our bountiful state. When Bob & Dee Harbison team up nothing is safe from this dynamic duo. Watch out Tiger Island Outfitters; here we come.
Early Tuesday morning, Roger, our favorite Tiger Island guide, meets us at the gate. Bob, Dee, it's an honor to have you join our family. Let's go wild boar hunting. Roger, you are speaking our language.
After many hours in the field, finally...A shot. BAM! That massive 325 gr FTX Hornady LeVerevolution is on it's way. Hog down, hog down and out! Dee, that's a big boar hog. Congratulations daughter:

Come on you big brute; you know you are no match for, 'Woman power!'

Thank you Roger! Is there any wonder why you are my favorite guide?

Daddy & daughter wild boar hog hunting. It just does not get any better than this:

Don't worry dad, I will protect you from those cutters:

Roger weighs the brute in @ 176 pounds. Now that's a lot of sausage:

A proud team enjoying this tropical wonderland we call Florida:

Enjoy the short video of our hunt. (Click on the link)
