first off let me announce. yes i watch the food network often!!!!
anyway, saw something the other day, this woman cut a pineapple in half, then cooked a soup in it on the grill.    well after last year spending lots of money on cedar boards to cook on, this year im going to try to cook some fish on a pineapple board.  well see how it comes out

Hi,

I'm a fan of the Food Network. Amazing how it has grown!

What type of soup was cooked in it?

I grill pineapple ... I bet this works well.

Thanks,

Capt. Ed

the soup was actually made of the cut pinapple pieces and some sort of added cream (dont remember)  cod pieces and topped off with a skewer of grilled of shrimp. looked pretty good..
