Shark River Inlet After Sandy
« on: May 09, 2013, 06:57:25 AM »
About to splash the new boat but I am concerned about SHARK RIVER INlet---
I hear there was significant shoaling but yet the party boats are out every day
Has anyone been out?  Is it that the sand is piling up on the south side as it normally does every spring?
Usually Army corps shows up in June
Thank you
Ross

I know a few charter Capts some members of the site that have been running the inlet for a month now and
haven't said anything about the inlet.

If the head boats with a 4' draft can float through, unless your new ride is a sailboat with a big keel, you should be good to go.
I've spent most of my life fishing, the rest I've just wasted     <'((((><
