Fished the ocean today assuming the bay would not be fishable after the storm. Started bucktailing over several rough spots on the Scotland grounds. We picked away at small seabass with a few keepers mixed in. We made our way to the muddump where we switched over to high-low rigs and clam baits and my son landed two 16" fluke on clam. I caught and released a nice blackfish
. I needed to replace the hook on that rig so I grabbed one of the bucktail rods and after about two minutes landed a 22.5" fluke that hit a Chartruese Sharkbite bucktail/gulp combo. Ended the day with 7 keeper CBs and one fluke.
