i want to do a fishing trip but i dont know whats biting and id like to do an open boat but im on a very tight budget anyone have any suggestions ?

Scott, I can't charge I don't have a captains license. I just asked people help with the bait and gas. that cost all depends on where we go. if we hit the local reefs the fuel burn is small so the cost is less.
