got out a little later then I wanted to. Went out to the far channel and was action from first drop. Current was moving fast. 12 oz to hold bottom at a minimum. Lots of big boat traffic had us moving every so often. Found a good spot but had to reset ever 15 min since we would be over it and past it so fast. Rained most of the day and at times the waves were relentless. Moved in closer to the beach to get out of the wind and picked up a couple mixed in with a lot of dogs. Towards the end of the day weather started clearing. Went back out and took another shot with decent results. Stopped at the top of the hook on our way back in to take a break from getting beat up and found a couple more. Best day so far this year.
